Any interpreter/translator jobs in upstate South carolina?

I am sorry to say that the rate quoted by coke would be ridiculously low. Qualified medical interpreters get at least $40/hour if they work through an agency, more for direct clients. If you are doing a written translation, you can find plenty of jobs online in the range of $.05-.10 per word.
