How to sterilize my incubator?

Anyone know how to QUICKLY sterilize a styrofoam incubator? I had a duck hatch the other day in it, and he was sick for a little while after hatching, but eventually pulled through, then I had two chickens hatch this morning that were fine when hatching began but after being in the incubator overnight now have the same symptoms. I believe there is a contamination in there. I have hatched six chickens in there so far, besides these four animals, so I have alot of eggs left before I can clean it properly. I don't want all the other birds getting sick, so I need a quick way to clean it out. Can I just wipe it down with weak diluted bleach water real quick, and maybe rinse it out again with hot water?
