Why am I now getting over 250 spam in my inbox each day and 200 of the same spam in my bulk . Who is Daemon?

A Mailer Daemon simply means that you tried (not successfully) to send an email to an address that don't exist. Or someone else tried to do that. That isn't considered spam. The only thing that does is to inform you that whoever you were emailing didn't receive it.
