Does he like me and why does he keep staring?

Hey peeps, well there is this man at work that I am unsure of. He always looks at me and if he is walking by my window he will look in.If he walks by my room he will always look in at me. I feel that he is sometimes embared in front of me, as he gets quite flustered whenever he speaks to me. I was speaking to one of his friends the other day and this friend just happpened to mention that he might be getting married soon. I really do not know what to think. My mind tells me to keep far away. But it is so frustrating not knowing what his game is. It is starting to annoy me. I think i should just ignore him all together. Unless I am imagining it because i want it to be true. What are people's opinions??
