Is it ok....???

to wear your sneakers untied? My boyfriend never ties his laces, he just tucks them in, i don't want to be considered a 'geek' so i tried it with some adidas superstars and converse and it was comfy, but i just wanted to know how others wore their sneakers (and what brand/sort and how loose?)?
