Jobs that pay good southern california?

i live in southern california im 20 and have no idea what i want to do i want to know what kind of job i can do that is gonna make me some decent money to support a family on and be able to live in a nice area such as mira loma,corona,norco,onterio.i just want to get a nice 2 story house to fit a family and nice cars im willing to go to school for 4-6 years but what are some good paying jobs that i should go to school for and please dont say nothing in the medical field ive read things that you have to apply to get into the programs and theres long waiting list i just want a total of 4-6 years
