Help me please i'm majorly confused?

hey i'm 13 and I have cerebral palsy and I really like this guy who has spinal bifida I meet him when I was 11 and liked him ever since but I don't think he knows I just wanted to see other peoples opinions on this because I'm not sure what to think about it me liking him I mean I'm majorly confused
