Does this sound smart?

Sounds like an illiterate 12 year old trying to sound smart. You can't "address a point". Beyond that, you surely can't address a point to someone's dislike in any sense other than that they dislike the point you are addressing. There should be no comma between "saying" and "is". People are supposed to justify their umptions of people and things... that's a good thing. What they typed should relate TO your argument. Not "with" it. There should be a comma between "person" and "and". Just start over, stop trying to sound smart, and just make your point.
