Internet Network problem?

Ok, so my computer was fine last night, and this morning its not showing any wifi networks, and I live in an apt so it always shows at least 6 or 7, (i only use mine lol) also, I turned on the wifi teather on my phone and that isnt showing that either :/ and ive run troubleshooting diagnostics as well, any suggestions? Thanks soo much! ! Btw, I have a toshiba sattelite laptop with windows 7.
