Which one? Northwestern or Johns Hopkins?

I am planning on double majoring in Music Performance and Pre-Med. However, I am stuck between two choices... NU and JHU. I look at national rankings, and they are both tied. NU has a better music program, but JHU has a better medical program. They are both ranked among the best in both fields anyways, but one is stronger than the other at both schools. Lol. So, I am kinda caught in a hard decision. I am going to apply to both, which could help me decide if I only get into one or if one offers more money, but what do you all think?
