SAP doing a good job too?

Yes there is always room for improvement, but seeing what they have to cope with every single day i would say they deserve a big thank you - lol not a lot of people will put their life on the line for a total stranger and i am sure there is a few bad ones, but there is not a job where there is not a few bad ones
