Which political party in USA would oppose a law to keep toddlers from getting killed?

Republican. They argue that it is the consumers responsibility not the governments to police barbie from lead paint or bad peanut er etc. Same with the mortgage problems, it is your fault that you took those bad loans or did not take a job that was secure. I myself cannot accepts that kind of suffrage. It is like saying oh well F them.
